Mission

Servebase Global Card Solutions aims to provide reliable, flexible and competitively priced payment card processing solutions for clients from a wide range of business sectors worldwide.

We design, develop and deliver 'end to end' payment card solutions that can be fully integrated with a client's front end system.

We place the highest importance on understanding the individual requirements of our clients and, as well as ‘off-the-shelf’ payment services, we offer a bespoke solution development service.

With over 20 year’s experience, we are always developing innovative payment solutions and professional services which respond to the marketplace and anticipate the future needs of our clients.

Building on the strength of our success in the UK over many years, Servebase continues to extend its reach globally and serves the payment processing needs of clients in the EMEA, Asia Pacific and North America regions.

Infrastructure

Our UK based Data Centre is at the core of our service infrastructure and enables us to realise a highly efficient, reliable, stable and secure high volume payment processing platform.

The Data Centre, which integrates the most robust security and disaster recovery measures for complete client confidence, provides high performance connectivity to many acquirers and processors worldwide and supports a wide variety of data protocols.

Our payment processing service infrastructure is managed by a dedicated IT team that is constantly seeking out new technologies to accomodate the demand for new services and deliver the highest level of performance for our clients.

Bespoke Solution Projects

A highly experienced member of our Bespoke Solutions project management team will be assigned to plan, organise and control the project phases from requirements analysis to deployment and sign-off.
